Did you know you can do something about PCOS?
When you got diagnosed were you told sorry, you have PCOS, it's not your fault and there's not much you can do, come back when you're ready to have a baby?

Whichever experience you had with your PCOS diagnosis, whether it was finding out in your early 20s and being told not to worry, or whether you found out as you were in the process of trying for a baby (and it not working out).

A diagnosis like this, in fact, any diagnosis, can be devastating. But, it can be life-changing, in a good way.

Did you know that all of those little things you thought were normal your whole life were actually signs of PCOS? The struggle to lose weight, the deep pimples that you couldn't shake, the facial and body hair that was a bit thicker than you were comfortable with? And then, maybe, after going off all contraception, you noticed that your periods were erratic, heavy, or non-existent. With no one else flagging these things as abnormal, why would you think any different?

PCOS can mean a whole number of things to different people, but, on a whole, there are many symptoms and challenges that cross over. Luckily for you, there is so much you can do to support and improve your symptoms.

My12-week My PCOS programme is a guided approach that shows you how to modify your diet, and lifestyle, to improve your PCOS symptoms. I'll help you to identify what drives your symptoms and, together, we will implement a strategy to improve them.

Meet your Dietitian

Women with PCOS have been coming through my clinic right from university to today. But, it wasn't until I started working with woman to understand and improve their cycles and their hormones that my fascination and interest in PCOS really was ignited. Nutrition plays such a significant role the management of PCOS and this is so often missed.
After completing further training, reviewing the evidence, and applying it, I finally understand the impact food and nutrients have on your PCOS symptoms.
Over my years of work, I've helped hundreds of 1:1 clients change their nutrition, improve their lifestyles, and see changes in their bodies too.
I am here to help you understand nutrition for PCOS, see how all foods can fit, and lead you to your healthiest, most abundant life. I help clients who are confused about what they should be eating clarify their priorities, understand their metabolism, and overcome confusion around meal planning. I'm so glad you're here and can't wait to be part of this exciting journey alongside you.
