Hello!

Hi, I’m Erin, a Specialist Mental Health Dietitian and founder of Bay Nutrition. I help people heal their relationship with food and their bodies, so they can feel more confident, in control, and at ease with eating.

I focus on binge eating and other eating disorders, combining evidence-based strategies with practical support you can actually use in your day-to-day. Whether it’s finding foods that make you feel good, building a plan that fits your lifestyle, or understanding your lab results, I guide you every step, discreetly and professionally.

I’ve worked in hospitals, the community, and across both the UK and New Zealand, supporting people of all ages with mental health and general nutrition.
