I am just like you. I had no idea where to start. Even with many years of nutrition training, an undergraduate and a Masters degree, I found the world of fertility giant and daunting. I used to think you just need to take a folate supplement and watch what you're drinking. I couldn't have been more wrong.

 

After completing further training, reviewing the evidence, and applying it, I finally understand the impact food and nutrients have on your body, long before you become pregnant.

 

Over my years of work, I've helped hundreds of 1:1 clients change their nutrition, improve their lifestyles, and see changes in their bodies too.

 

I am here to help you understand nutrition for fertility, see how all foods can fit, and lead you to your healthiest, most abundant life while properly preparing your body to grow another life. I help clients who are confused about what they should be eating clarify their priorities, understand their metabolism, and overcome confusion around meal planning. HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAMME AND WHAT'S INCLUDED?

This programme is 12 weeks long with weekly video lessons, learning modules, a workbook and journal prompts to help you create an action plan to get pregnant.

This programme also includes one 1:1 private consult with a Dietitian. 
 

IS THIS A COURSE FOR SOMEONE WITH AN EATING DISORDER?
 

This program does not substitute eating disorder treatment nor is for someone who feels they may have an active eating disorder. This program does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship. For eating disorder information and referrals contact your GP. 

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?

You can enroll at any time for the next intake. Courses start on the first day of the following month.
